Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's. For information about ATV rentals please visit: offroadadventuresnc (dot) com
  • Guests of the home have the option to purchase a temporary membership to Beech Mountain Club during their stay. Please inquire for details.

Policies and Rules

  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • No events allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.

Pet Policy

  • This home allows pets. Please see fees below. (See conflict log for further clarification.)

Fees and Payments

  • All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the facilities and features in the development.
  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each.
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests; there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Pet fee: Additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus 6.75% tax may apply. (See Pet Policy conflict log.)

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • All linens and towels provided for your stay.
  • A "starter set" of paper products is at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. These items are enough for one night, or maybe two.
  • Hair dryers are provided.
  • All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
  • Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.)

Parking Information

  • The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains are recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
  • The home has smoke alarms and a carbon monoxide detector.

Additional Critical Details

  • All visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
  • Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard from 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
